Arrival hour

• The arrival time is between 5.00 pm to 7.30 pm at the latest, but if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in a safe place, A fridge in the summer kitchen is at your disposal and you can explore the village or enjoy the garden.

Departure 

• We ask you to leave the house by 10:00 a.m. at the latest in order to prepare it for the next guests. Beyond the check-out time, an additional night will have to be charged

The proper functioning of the house

• Our accommodation is non-smoking. Ashtrays are available outside; Please make sure your cigarettes are extinguished correctly (we are in a drought situation and the risk of fire is high)...

• Lock doors and windows when you leave the house during the day and activate the alarm (badge is on the keyring).

• Preserving water (waste), we are in a region where water is a precious resource...

• There may be mosquitoes in the evening; Sockets for this purpose are available

• Don't leave the garbage bags outside: the cats and dogs of the neighborhood will come and disembowel them ....

• Take your rubbish to the rubbish dump on the way to the cemetery in the direction of the village of Peynier

• Swimming pool is alarm protected and located in an open area of the garden. Children are under the responsability of the parents. Reservation pre-supposes reading and agreeing on this point. We do not accept any liability in this regard.

Shops such as bakery, butcher, newspaper and greengrocer are only 2 km from the house (Rousset / Trets)

Contents of the Premises: The accommodation with its summer kitchen is provided furnished and equipped to accommodate a maximum of 8-10 people, adults and/or children (+2 years old)

Booking and payment: The rental is agreed and accepted upon payment of 50% on the day of the booking. The balance of the rent will be paid no later than 7 days before the arrival date. The rent includes charges such as water, electricity, heating and internet.

Security deposit: The tenant undertakes to provide security for the sum of 3.000 Euros (Three thousand Euros), intended to guarantee the proper execution of the clauses and conditions of this rental. This amount will be paid by the tenant, either by actual transfer to the owner's account 3 days before the start of the rental, or by depositing a cheque at the time of arrival on the premises. failure to comply with this clause; The landlord will not be able to make the house available to the tenant

This amount will be returned to the tenant within 7 days of the end of the tenancy, after deduction, if applicable, of any sums that may be owed by the tenant to the owner

Total or partial cancellation: In the event of a shortened stay, or non respect of the securitw deposit; except in cases of force majeure or an alternative solution that removes the damage to the owner, no refund will be made.
